Data Privacy Policy for our Hydrogen Moves webinars
By registering for and/or participating in the webinar or online meeting, you give explicit consent that your personal data will be processed and accessed for the purposes of registration, planning, organization, implementation, contacting you, and conducting of the webinar or online meeting.
With a single action (registration and/or participation), you give multiple consents. By your action you also voluntarily give your explicit consent pursuant to Article 49 (1) (1) (a) GDPR for data transfers to the Controller, and to third countries, including to the and by the companies mentioned in the Privacy Policy and purposes, including the communication provider used, which can be identified by the provided link, and to other participants of the webinar or online meeting, in particular for such transfers to third countries for which an adequacy decision of the EU/EEA is absent, and to companies or other entities that are not subject to an existing adequacy decision on the basis of self-certification or other accession criteria, and that involve significant risks and no appropriate safeguards for the protection of your personal data (e.g., because of Section 702 FISA, Executive Order EO12333 and the CloudAct in the USA). You explicitly consent that your name, sound, film, or photo recordings are transmitted to other participants as part of the webinar or online meeting and/or published. You confirm that you are aware that an adequate level of data protection may not exist in third countries and that your data subject’s rights may not be enforceable. We inform you that personal data published by a webinar or online meeting to other participants or on the internet cannot be deleted, changed or anonymized at all, or only to a limited extent and/or with a delay. By your participation you confirm that you give your explicit consent voluntarily and that you know that you are not obliged to give explicit consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, in particular by deactivating, switching off or not activating your sound, film or photo transmissions or adding a placeholder for your name during the webinar or online meeting. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. With your action you also confirm that you have read and taken note of the Privacy Policy and the Transparency Document published on the website of the Controller.
